Incentive payment is available only to purchasers and sellers of residential real estate who qualify for the Backing the Badges Incentive through Sendero Properties, LLC (“Sendero”) and who close escrow or reach final settlement with Sendero acting as their sole and exclusive agent. The commission is calculated based on the cooperating broker commission actually received by Sendero at the close of escrow/settlement for representing a participating buyer or seller, net of any allowances or other deductions by Sendero related to the transaction. The amount of the cooperating broker commission received will vary based on individual properties and the sale price, commissions, expenses, and other individual factors of the transaction. The rebate will only be paid or credited to a party named on the HUD-1 Closing Statement. This program is only available in Texas, for Texas residential properties, as permitted under state and federal law and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer’s lender(s).
